About Me

I’m Sabrina Ungaro — a Brisbane-based holistic practitioner integrating nutrition coaching, myotherapy, Pilates, breathwork and sound healing.

I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, inconsistency, chronic tension or disconnect from their bodies. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, nervous system regulation and hands-on therapy to support sustainable change — not quick fixes.

This is not about rigid diets or extreme protocols. It’s about learning how to nourish your body, build strength, regulate stress and create habits that actually fit your life.

With a background in clinical psychology, social work and myotherapy, I’ve spent over a decade working hands-on with clients carrying both physical and emotional load. Tight shoulders, digestive issues, low energy, stress eating — these patterns rarely exist in isolation. They’re connected.

My work brings those pieces together.

Through one-on-one sessions, I help clients reconnect with their bodies in a practical and grounded way.

I also facilitate women’s wellness retreats that combine movement, whole-food nutrition, sauna, ice baths and nervous system practices in a supportive environment.

Alongside my clinical work, I am currently studying psychedelic-assisted therapy, deepening my understanding of trauma integration, behaviour change and mind–body healing.

Each day includes Pilates, Yoga, sound healing, breathwork, journaling, Yoga Nidra and nutrition workshops—plus gourmet meals chef prepared that energize from the inside out.

Join us each month for a guided breathwork and sound healing session designed to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and support emotional regulation. These sessions are ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or disconnected from their body.

Each experience blends conscious breathwork, therapeutic sound healing using crystal bowls and grounding music, and gentle Yin Yoga and Pilates-based movement to support mobility, posture, and deep release. Selected sessions also include ceremonial cacao, offering a heart-opening ritual that enhances relaxation, presence, and connection.

All sessions are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed, with options to rest, modify, or opt out at any time. No prior experience with breathwork, yoga, or Pilates is required.

Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve mind–body connection, or create space to reset, these monthly sessions offer a grounded, nourishing way to reconnect.
